On Call!!

Friday was a BIG night in the Tigert household. Not really. Jason made sushi and we watched Lions for Lambs. Which is a pretty good movie. We went to bed at 9 I know what an exciting life. I am sure glad we did because at 1:40 am my phone rang and of course it was my team leader and I had to drive to the hospital do deal with an emergency. It is a 1 hour drive so I got there at 3 am, I did the interviews and all the things Case Managers do and finished at 5:00 am. I got back into my car and made the 1 hour trip home. Trying to keep my eyes open I had the radio on very loud and the song I saw God today came on at the same time that the sun really started to rise. What an amazing moment!! I realized that I do not stop enough and look at Gods fingerprints around me. God is so truly Awesome and I am so blessed that I am a child of God and that HIS SON died for me! I have made a promise to myself to stop and see all of HIS fingerprints around me. It is scary how fast time goes by and how busy you get with life. You forget that moments with family, friends, children, just people in general are what matters most in the world. You forget to look at the world around you and really see how beautiful it is! What an amazing song! What an AWESOME GOD!!
