Flowers

Everyday when I get home I notice that my very sweet elderly neighbor has planted some more FAKE flowers. Why do people plant fake flowers? These flowers do not look real and are not meant to be planted in the ground. I counted 15 fake flowers planted as of this morning and what makes in funnier is that they do not match. What is wrong with this lady?
